If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please allow a minimum of 48 business hours of notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 fee, unless another client can be organised to fill your space. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-show will incur a fee of the full session amount.
